Coronavirus Updates

STILL SELLING! - Hifi Addiction is operating as normal in terms of sales. UK courier services (DPD) are currently unaffected in terms of collections and delivery times. Sales to the continent are also continuing, although both Covid and Brexit have complicated matters.

PACKING SAFETY: All items are scrupulously cleaned before being photographed. When sold I am wearing protective gloves and face mask throughout the packing process. From the information I can find, Covid-19 can only survive on the cardboard packaging for no more than three hours, but it is possible for it to survive on plastic and metal surfaces for up to 72 hours. If you are in any doubt, please leave the items within their packaging for a further three days before unpacking. 

STILL BUYING! - Hifi Addiction is still actively buying product.

• No need to come into your house - In most instances there is no need for me to test your hifi components. 
• Collection from outside - So long as you are able to safely bring items outside your house, then it is easy to maintain social distancing. 
• Payment options - If you would rather not accept cash, I am happy to pay by bank transfer.
• Safety first - I will always be wearing gloves and a face mask when visiting you. 
• Courier collection - If it isn't possible for me to collect from you personally because of location/distance, then it is possible to arrange for courier collection. Ideally, this will be with the original packing boxes you have for your items. On some instances it may be possible for me to supply you with boxes. 
• Deferred collection - If you are particularly at risk, it is also possible to defer collection to a later date (possibly months if necessary).
